What a freaking joke. Texas ignores the fact that global warming is occurring and will do anything to get the EPA to stop enforcing environmental policy, but they pray for rain. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. This is what religion does to people, it takes away their ability to think for themselves and effectively brainwashes them.
